What modifications look like

Option, not obstacle

  • Seated or supported variations when standing feels like too much
  • Shorter stance and smaller ranges to match your mobility
  • Props for stability so you can focus on form and comfort

Coaching style

Clear cues, calm pacing

You’ll get simple explanations, helpful landmarks, and quick check-ins. Beginners are welcome exactly as they are.

Session flow

How your class works, step by step

Coaching is built for beginners. You will always know what to do next, and modifications are offered as part of the class—not as a separate detour.

Arrive and settle

A short check-in and a clear warm-up plan to help your body feel ready. You can move at your pace.

Learn one cue at a time

We teach the sequence in plain language. Expect simple coaching cues for breath, alignment, and comfort.

Modifications are built in

Need a different option? You will be shown non-medical adjustments like seated variations, shorter stances, and prop-friendly setups.

Practice, then refine

We repeat key shapes so you can feel consistency. Coaches help you refine form while keeping it beginner-friendly.

Cool down and leave clear

A gentle cooldown and a quick recap of what to focus on next time. You will know how to book your next class.

In class, you’ll see multiple safe options for posture and range. You might try a seated variation, a shorter stance, or a prop-supported version, while the overall lesson stays the same.

Health & comfort

Results vary, and your comfort comes first.

Fitness and well-being outcomes can differ from person to person. We can offer beginner coaching and modifications, but we cannot predict individual results.

  • Listen to your body. Move within a comfortable range, and pause if something feels sharp, painful, or unsafe.
  • If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns, consult a healthcare professional before starting classes.
  • Our teaching style focuses on safe technique, alignment cues, and options like seated variations and shorter stance choices.

This is general guidance for studio sessions, not medical advice.
